We meet weekly for one-on-one sessions. Each session is 60 minutes and tailored to your priorities.

How do we communicate between sessions?

Support and accountability happen via WhatsApp. I’m available to answer questions, provide guidance, and help you stay on track throughout the week.

Do I need to follow all modules?

No. Each journey within The Foundation Method is personalized. Some clients complete all modules, while others focus on the areas most relevant to them.

Can this program support mental and emotional wellbeing?
