Movement is medicine and should be an integral part of our daily routines. Over the years, I learned the importance of movement for our overall health and how quickly it can uplift our mood and energy.
I call pilates a series of gentle, safe and intuitive movements. During each session, I emphasize on strengthening the core muscles, adjusting the posture, and releasing the tensions in the shoulders/neck area. Each movement is repeated for a minimum of 30 to 60 seconds.
Why do I integrate meditation? It helps relax the mind at the end of the session and amplify the release of happy hormones in the body.
No prior experience needed. Suitable for all levels.
Sessions are taking place in-person. You can book a private or a group session.
