I created Enlighten Rituals in 2016 as a space to share mindfulness practices, healing tools, and motivational messages. The name Enlighten reflects the love, peace, and positive energy I want to bring into the world. It represents the calm, grounded presence I aim to offer through my work and interactions.
Since then, Enlighten Rituals has evolved through my own journey of exploration, connecting and listening. Today, it is a space where I support others in creating healthier, more balanced lives, especially those navigating stress and anxiety.
Have you ever felt like your life was meant for something more? That was exactly how I felt when I created Enlighten. At the time, I was working in the marketing industry, unsure of my direction. I felt overwhelmed by social expectations and knew I wanted more than a life spent behind a screen, contributing to the rise of consumerism.
Two years of working with TEDx Conferences in Paris deepened my desire to help others. I wanted to contribute in a way that felt meaningful and aligned. I have always been fascinated by wellness, relaxation practices, the body’s physical responses, and the natural elements that support our well-being.
Without realizing it, I started on a journey to heal from anxiety. Through natural healing practices, I learned to release guilt and shyness. I started practicing and guiding group meditations as part of my own healing process. By sharing with my friends and family, I discovered my true mission, my gift.
With the support of mentors and other healers, I continue to train and deepen my knowledge in health, wellness, and personal development. I keep exploring, nourished by the positive energy I find around me every day. I design experiences with the intention of creating a meaningful and lasting impact on people’s lives.
